refunding currently not allowed : due to my finnacial situation , i cannot give refunds, your payment goes to bills and rent or feeding my family. just remember you don't need to commission me if this is uncomfortable! i hope i can provide a fair service later on

commission is for personal use only : you are not allowed to sell my art or make merch with them, you are free to use them for profile picture , banner etc must credit @itporl.

turn around time can be and no deadlines : i cannot give a specific month or year depending on circumstances it can affect how long it will take. but i can guarantee that they will be done as long as you are ready for the wait.

progress & update : WIPs will be sent to clients through twitter dms.

changing commission : you are allow to change everything about your commission while still in the queue, like new character, poses , type of the comm itself but big changes are not allowed if i already start on the piece (additional payment might be required if commission cost less than the changed type e.g. icon to fullbody.)
